Whether you have prior teaching experience or are completely new to education, you'll be given full support to gain your teaching qualification while you work.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Agricultural or Land-Based Engineering and hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject. Experience working with tractors, combines, HGV, plant, or forklift equipment is highly desirable.

This role would suit an experienced engineer or technician who enjoys coaching others, wants a healthier work-life balance, and is looking for a meaningful, impactful career in technical education.

• Delivering practical and workshop-based training to engineering learners
• Supporting students' progress through structured coaching and reviews
• Taking the lead on group sessions and tutorials
• Monday to Friday - 37 hours/week

• Background in Agricultural, Land-Based, Plant, or HGV Engineering
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
• Confident communicator with a passion for developing others
• No teaching experience needed - full training provided
