Description

• Design and implement engaging digital learning initiatives tailored to organisational needs.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes using data and feedback.
• Support the creation and curation of e-learning content and resources.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users of digital learning platforms.
• Stay informed about trends in digital learning and recommend innovative tools and practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards in all learning and development activities.

Profile

A successful L&D Coordinator should have:

• Experience in managing and delivering digital learning programmes.
• Proficiency in using and administering Learning Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of e-learning development tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
