Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Group L&D Regulatory Manager to take ownership of regulatory training and compliance across the business.

This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring employees receive the required regulatory training while maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

The Role

As Group L&D Regulatory Manager, you will have direct responsibility for the company's regulatory training requirements, including:

CPC, First Aid, ADR and Fork-Lift training.
Managing external training providers and regulatory audits.
Liaising with regulatory bodies including DVSA and Qualifications Scotland.
Developing and writing training programmes from start to finish.
Managing the application and approval process with relevant governing bodies.
Ensuring all training programmes meet current legislative and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring training compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
Providing direct line management and day-to-day supervision of the L&D Administration team.
Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met across the business.

About You

We are looking for an experienced L&D, Training, Compliance or Regulatory professional with a strong background within the logistics and transport industry.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience managing regulatory training within logistics, transport or a related environment.
Strong knowledge of transport-related training and compliance requirements.
Experience working with regulatory bodies and external training providers.
Experience designing and implementing training programmes.
Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements.
Previous line management experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You must have PTTLs or Level 3 Awards in education and training certification

The following would be highly advantageous:

Valid ADR Training Certificate.
JAUPT Centre Instructor credential.
Transport Manager CPC.
