Job Description - L&D Specialist- HRIS 6 Months

L&D specialist (HRIS roll out)

6 Month contract initially- likely to extend

Hybrid working

Start ASAP

Signet is really excited to be partnering with a globally recognised brand within the FMCG space, to hire an L&D specialist, who will support the rollout and adaption of the new HRIS system across the organisation, starting in EMEA and then beyond! This role will be a critical in designing and delivering a learning experience which ensure that employees, managers, and HR Team are confident and capable in using the new system.

This is such an exciting time to join this team and organisation- you will work as part of a supportive team and get exposure to many teams, and work across markets.

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Design and deliver engaging learning content, including e-learning, quick reference guides, live/virtual etc
  • Partner with the HRIS project team to understand system functionality, user, roles and key process changes
  • Develop a comprehensive leaning plan tailored to different users groups
  • Coordinate training delivery timelines in alignment with the HRIS implementation schedule
  • Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the HR team and local champions- train the trainer!

Ideal experience/background:

  • Previous experience in L&D, with a focus on system or tech roll out
  • International experience would be a real strength
  • Experience using HRIS systems, success factors would be a real advantage!
  • Strong instructional design skills with an ability to create engagement and accessible learning.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, project type role with many stakeholders and teams

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and systems training and will work closely with HR, IT and the systems implementation partner to create a smooth and user-focused learning journey. Your direct report will be into the Director of L&D, closely working with other teams!

This role will be hybrid (2 days in the office but with some flexibility required) , and interviewing ASAP so please do apply if this sounds like you and you are able to start a new role within a couple of weeks!
