About the Company

An established landscape design practice based in Hampshire, specialising in high-end private gardens, country estates and residential projects.

The practice has a strong reputation for creating beautifully considered traditional British gardens, working closely with architecture, planting and the wider setting to create timeless landscapes.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Landscape Designer to join their close-knit team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of high-end landscape projects, from initial concepts through to detailed design and delivery.

You will be involved in:

* Developing landscape and garden design concepts

* Producing drawings, presentations and detailed design information

* Working directly with private clients

* Liaising with architects, consultants and contractors

* Developing schemes through the design stages

* Contributing to projects including private gardens, country estates and historic properties

The role would suit a designer with a genuine passion for traditional garden design, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work directly with clients.

The position will initially be office-based, with some flexibility available once established within the team.

About You

The successful Landscape Designer will ideally have:

* Experience working within a landscape design practice

* Strong design skills and a passion for traditional garden design

* Good knowledge of planting, materials and landscape detailing

* Experience developing concepts through to detailed design

* Strong communication and client-facing skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Experience working on high-end residential or private client projects

* Vectorworks experience preferred

* Experience with other CAD packages will also be considered, with Vectorworks training available

* Experience with historic properties, listed buildings or country estates would be advantageous
