Landscape Operative

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Operative to join a small, supportive team working across a range of outdoor landscaping projects.

The Role

You'll be involved in both soft and hard landscaping work, helping to transform and maintain outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing ground and work areas for landscaping
Planting trees and shrubs in line with site plans
Carrying out turfing and grass seeding
Creating and maintaining wildflower areas
Assisting with a variety of landscaping projects
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, on time and to a high standard
Following company health and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For

Previous landscaping or relevant outdoor experience would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Some previous landscaping experience preferred
Full UK driving licence essential
Good knowledge of plants would be advantageous
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work effectively as part of a small team
