The Company:

My client is a leading supplier of technology-driven marketing solutions with particular expertise in supporting multi-site organisations, such as retail, leisure, franchise and corporate groups with various office or production sites.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm flexibility, as additional hours may be required when the business demands require
• Overtime
• Flexibility
• Weekend availability

The Role:

• Oversee and manage the printing process from start to finish.
• Ensure that all printing projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
• Overseeing and coordinating the workflow of the production process.
• Overseeing personnel
• Evaluating and improving production processes
• Ensuring quality and cost control
• Develop workflow and production processes.
• Plan, organize, and control production processes.
• Managing production staff.
• Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production records and files.
• Review job orders.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in the industry
• Keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of the following machines: AGFA, Mimaki, Swiss-Q and HP, Ana Perna, Kudu, Zund cutting table, H poster machines, FY trimmer cutting banners.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
