We're supporting a highly respected creative production and manufacturing business as they continue to invest in their operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Logistics Manager to join an established business delivering complex, long-term projects for some of the UK's best-known retail brands.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the entire fulfilment operation, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time while leading a dedicated warehouse and fulfilment team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the end-to-end fulfilment process from order receipt through to delivery.

* Leading warehouse, picking, packing and dispatch operations.

* Managing inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse systems.

* Driving SLA performance across multiple complex customer contracts.

* Leading, motivating and developing warehouse and fulfilment staff.

* Working closely with Production, Manufacturing and Customer Services teams.

* Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and operational compliance.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

* Previous experience managing a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operation.

* Experience supporting retail customers or working with complex customer contracts.

* Strong leadership skills and experience managing operational teams.

* A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems.

* A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

* Knowledge of large format print highly advantageous.
