Some of the day-to-day tasks & responsibilities:

You’ll join a team of three assisting a Director and Senior Law Accountant with a caseload of primarily litigated insurance costs work. 

• Scottish work which will be a mix of RTA, EL/PL and Disease cases

• Consideration of accounts 

• Preparation of objections 

• Negotiations with third-party agents 

• Drafting accounts for recovery of expenses 

Do you have what it takes to be successful?

• SOLAS qualification is a requirement 

• Perhaps you have experience in a legal cash room 

• Perhaps you have previous experience within personal injury 

• Experience in assessing/negotiating accounts of expenses 

• Experience in drafting accounts 

• Experience in preparing points of objection/response
