We're partnering with a reputable and expanding law firm to find a Law Costs Draftsperson who thrives in a remote environment and brings a sharp eye for detail, strong drafting skills, and a proactive approach to cost recovery.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours - ideal for those looking to balance autonomy with meaningful legal work across diverse case types.

You’ll be drafting bills of costs and preparing schedules/statements across a variety of cases including:

• Personal Injury

• Clinical Negligence

• Industrial Disease

• Credit Hire

• Commercial Litigation

You'll also advise clients, attend CCMCs/CMCs, negotiate budgets, and ensure accurate file reviews using Proclaim and CostsMaster.

? Proven experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson
? Confidence drafting bills and budgets across multiple claim types
? Familiarity with case management systems and CostsMaster
? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet chargeable time/billing targets
? Self-motivation and excellent time management
