Salary up to £25,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham city centre

Home working 2 days per week following probation

What You’ll be Doing

This role focuses on onboarding of new clients/new matters onto a legal case management system.

The role will involve:

• Setting up new clients / new matters onto a legal case management system and undertaking the relevant compliance checks
• Running conflict searches
• Verifying ID documents
• Undertaking AML checks
• Performing smart searches to verify clients, nationally and internationally
• Answering client questions, relating to the onboarding process

Who We’re Looking For

Suitable candidates will have:

• Experience of file opening
• Experience of setting up new matters on a legal case management system
• Experience of onboarding new clients and conducting the relevant compliance checks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A desire to establish a long-term career within legal compliance
• A sound understanding of SRA regulations

This is a full-time permanent job which is office based, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
