My client exciting to onboard an Law graduate. You will have career growth opportunities, fostering strong relationships and ambitious approach to providing full-service legal guidance for businesses, families, and individuals.

Responsibilities

Assisting with the setting up all legal documents and sales packs.

Issuing these within agreed timescales.

Addressing all enquiries promptly and professionally.

Ensuring contracts are exchanged within client deadlines.

Completing each sale smoothly and efficiently.

Maintaining seamless communication with clients and purchasers solicitors throughout the transaction process.

Open, maintain, and close client files in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering checks and due diligence procedures.

Produce bills and financial documentation, liaising with accounts to manage funds on account and disbursement queries.

Act on behalf of developers, managing the sale of around 150 new homes annually.

Experience

Experience in legal/ conveyancing (preferable not necessary).

Ability to handle numerous files from inception through to completion.

A talent for hitting targets and maintaining high standards.

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A personable, enthusiastic, and confident manner with excellent customer service ability.

The capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
