Responsibilities of the Graduate/Junior Support Analyst (Legal Tech)

• Assisting users to resolve queries and escalating any issues to other teams if required
• Becoming a true expert with house systems such as HighQ, AI Platforms and Litera transact
• Help with the process of upskilling both internal and external clients to ensure great user experience
• Provide admin support for product managers and admitting regular user and project archiving

Background of the Graduate/Junior Support Analyst (Legal Tech)

• Open to a law graduate who is more interested in a technology based career in the Legal space
• Motivated by all thing’s tech with a keen desire to learn and upskill
• Knowledge of legal technology would be a bonus but not essential
• Desire to work in an environment that provides regular feedback to help further career development
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate with both internal & external clients
