We are looking for a mid-to senior-level Dutch-qualified lawyer, with strong corporate/commercial background and experience, to support the UK based Head of Legal of a global business.

We are looking for a mid-to senior-level Dutch-qualified lawyer, with strong corporate/commercial background and experience, to support the UK based Head of Legal of a global business.

This role will work closely with business operations in the UK and in the Netherlands, and is imperative that this person is Dutch qualified but can be based anywhere in the UK (preferably London).

You will be responsible for a broad range of work including support to key stakeholders across the business in respect of commercial contract negotiations, support with contractual issues, dispute resolution, and general support on legal/corporate governance and compliance matters.

In addition, as it arises, support with enterprise project-related work including M&A, corporate restructurings and general legal advice.
