Diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
Managing vehicle repairs from diagnosis through to completion
Maintaining accurate documentation of repair work carried out
Supporting and mentoring junior technicians with technical advice when neededRequirements of the LCV Master Technician:

Proven experience as a Master Technician, ideally within light commercial vehicles
Relevant qualifications in motor vehicle engineering or a related field
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
