Lead Actuary (Predictive Modelling)

I am working with a leading insurer who is seeking a qualified actuary (3-5 years) to take on a high-impact role building out a predictive modelling capability from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join a team at an early stage to shape pricing strategy, technology, and ways of working.

You will play a key role in establishing and scaling predictive pricing capabilities across multiple lines of business. You'll combine technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful change.

The Candidate -

• Qualified actuary with 3-5 years' post-qualified experience
• Strong background in pricing (Lloyd's, Commercial Lines, or Personal Lines preferred)
• Experience in predictive modelling and Python
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• A proactive and driven individual

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £135,000 + benefits
