We're looking for an experienced Lead Administrator to join a growing Occupational Health team in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys taking ownership, supporting a team and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Working closely with the Occupational Health Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the administrative function, making sure client SLAs and KPIs are achieved while supporting the wider team with quality, performance and service delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting and guiding a team of Occupational Health Administrators
Monitoring individual and team KPIs and ensuring SLAs are consistently achieved
Holding regular catch-ups, 1-1s and performance reviews with team members
Carrying out quality assessments and providing constructive feedback
Working closely with the Occupational Health Manager to identify areas for improvement
Supporting with client queries, complaints and service issues
Liaising with employers, employees and Occupational Health practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have a strong background in administration, customer service or service delivery, with experience taking on additional responsibility within a team. Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial, but strong transferable experience is also valuable.

You'll be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and service levels is important.
