The Role – Lead Air Conditioning Engineer

As a Lead Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Installing split, multi-split, ducted, cassette, ceiling-suspended and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.

*

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.

*

Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across a variety of air conditioning systems.

*

Commissioning new installations and ensuring systems operate efficiently.

*

Identifying technical issues and implementing effective solutions.

*

Completing digital job sheets, service reports and relevant documentation.

*

Ensuring all work complies with current industry standards and health and safety requirements.

*

Delivering excellent customer service across domestic and commercial sites.

*

Representing the company professionally and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

*

Working independently while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the business.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this Lead Air Conditioning Engineer position, you'll need:

*

A minimum of 7 years' experience within the air conditioning industry.

*

Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification.

*

Strong experience installing, servicing and repairing air conditioning systems.

*

Experience working across both domestic and commercial environments.

*

Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

*

A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.

*

Strong communication and customer service skills.

*

A professional attitude and excellent attention to detail.

*

The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

*

Good organisational and time management skills.

*

The right to work in the UK.

Candidates must also be willing to undergo a DBS check and provide satisfactory employment references.
