THE ROLE
As Lead Analyst, you'll work across a wide variety of marketing and digital analytics projects. From MMM and forecasting to customer personalisation and dashboard builds, you'll help clients unlock value from their data while also helping evolve the internal delivery model. Responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day client relationships and understanding their business needs

• Designing and delivering analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and visualisation tools

• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Supporting the founder in refining internal processes and delivery frameworks

• Contributing to the team's overall growth and capability

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong client-facing experience - ideally from a consultancy or agency environment

• Proficiency in Python and SQL

• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

• Solid background in marketing analytics (MMM, LTV, attribution, segmentation)

• Ability to scope and deliver end-to-end projects

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
