The Role
As a Lead Analyst, Portfolio Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy by delivering comprehensive portfolio monitoring and actionable insights across Cards, Vehicle Finance, and 2nd Charge Mortgages. You’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing Management Information reporting suites, analysing customer behaviours, and using advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Your work will directly influence credit strategy, risk appetite, and operational decisions, ensuring we balance risk and reward while always putting the customer first.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that thrives on sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with the Portfolio Analytics and Forecasting Manager, Credit Risk Strategy Managers, and colleagues across risk, finance, and product, you’ll be part of a supportive environment where your analytical skills and curiosity are valued.
