Lead AWS Data Engineer / Architect - Databricks - London

I'm working with a globally renowned financial services client that are looking for a seasons Data professional. My client are seen as leaders and pioneers within their relative field but also, a very well known house hold name. This is a hands on technical role. The successful applicant will be building and maintaining AWS Data pipelines and infrastructure. This is while working with cross functional teams to design best in Class data solutions across the business. As a business, they are very mature within their data services however, there is always room for improvements so we're looking for an expert to not look to be involved in new processes but equally, help to reverse engineer the existing platform to increase efficiency and performance.

This is a salaried position paying up to £130k as a base salary. It's hybrid working with 2/3 days in office, central London. Key Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS services and tools.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
