Job Description - Lead Baler Operator

Job Requirements

Manage daily baler output and production priorities.
Plan labour and shift allocation to meet customer demand.
Schedule routine cleaning and housekeeping to minimise downtime.
Monitor consumable and fibre stock levels to prevent production interruptions.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of additional operators when required.
Report daily and weekly performance updates (output, downtime, labour utilisation, KPIs).
Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
Support training and development of baler operators.
