What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
• Managing the integrity and consistency of master data across systems and business units.
• Designing and delivering best-in-class BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL.
• Creating data warehouses and leveraging AI to enhance reporting and analytics.

• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in data and reporting practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data management and BI roles.
• Strong knowledge of master data domains, governance frameworks, and BI tools.
• Proven ability to lead transformation projects and deliver strategic insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
