The successful Lead BSA Advisor will be the key point of contact for all Building Safety Act matters, supporting clients in meeting their legal obligations while ensuring internal procedures are robust and effective. Key Responsibilities of the Lead BSA Advisor:

• Lead on the interpretation and implementation of the Building Safety Act across multiple projects.

• Support clients in discharging their duties under the new legislation.

• Provide technical advice and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Develop compliance strategies and contribute to wider risk and governance frameworks.

• Represent the business at industry forums and working groups relating to building safety.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in a Lead BSA Advisor or similar regulatory role.

• In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation.

• Background in construction, architecture, building surveying, or compliance.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory experience.

• Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Membership of IOSH, RICS, CABE, or CIOB are desirable.
