Position: Lead Building Services Engineer

Location: Worthing

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 subject to experience level

We are looking or an experience Lead Building Services Engineer for a static site in Worthing.

This is a working Lead position will be dealing with the on site planned and reactive maintenance as well as running and managing all compliance for the site and supervising and apprentice/ junior level engineer.

The right person for this position will already have experience as a lead engineer. They need to be technically multi skilled but we would prefer an electrical bias

The site itself is a medical site, so we would prefer this person to have some NHS or Hospital experience to that they can understand the needs of the client.

We require this engineer to be Level 3 electrical, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and inspection.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a Lead or Supervising Engineer
• Must behappy to be a working Supervisor
• Very client focused
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Level 3 electrical qualified with 18thedition and 2391
• Experience working within a Hospitalor NHS environment would be an advantage
• Happy to support training engineers
• Strong compliance knowledge
• Based in a commutable distance to Worthing
