The Role:

• Teach Business Studies to KS4 & KS5, covering GCSE and A-Level courses
  


• Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR), supporting the development of the Business department


• Lead on curriculum innovation, student engagement, and extracurricular activities such as enterprise projects


• Support and mentor Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and department colleagues
  


• Encourage students to develop a strong understanding of business principles, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy

✔ A qualified Business Teacher with QTS or PGCE
✔ Experience teaching Business at KS4 & KS5, with strong subject knowledge
✔ A passion for student achievement and curriculum development
