Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with proven expertise working on complex projects for UK Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple modules and demonstrate a strong command of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Playback sessions, prepare training materials, and deliver technical training.

Design and build security roles, including job roles, data roles, and security profiles.

Enable and optimize solutions using Redwood tools to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve technical, functional, and security risks.

Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Utilize Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies effectively in project management.

Work seamlessly within a global delivery model, coordinating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with UK Public Sector clients (essential).

Proven track record across full SDLC processes.

Deep understanding of security role design and Redwood enablement.

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.
