Here’s where you come in…

We're looking for a Lead Creator who can take an idea from concept to content. Someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, production, and social storytelling.

You'll help develop creative concepts, lead productions, and create standout social-first content that audiences actually want to watch. You have a strong visual point of view, a deep appreciation for craft, and know how to translate brand objectives into culturally relevant content.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a concept-driven creator with strong creative instincts and social-first thinking.


• Has hands-on production experience and is comfortable leading shoots from pre-production through delivery.


• Has a keen eye for cinematography, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.


• Understands cameras, lenses, framing, and how technical choices impact creative outcomes.


• Can shoot confidently on professional camera systems and adapt to fast-moving production environments.


• Knows how to maximize content for social platforms, creating assets that are native to the way people consume content today.


• Balances creative ambition with practical execution and can turn ideas into great content quickly.


• Stays plugged into culture, trends, creators, and platform behaviors, while bringing original ideas to the table.


• This role will likely involve travel across the EU - valid passports and VISA are a must, must we be excited to travel when needed.

This is a unique opportunity for a creator with a strong production background who thrives in fast-paced shoot environments and understands how to create exceptional social-first content from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will:

• Bring 5+ years of professional experience creating social-first content, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful campaigns, Social performance, organic views achieved 


• Have a strong filmmaking and production foundation, with hands-on experience across pre-production, production and post-production.


• Know how to maximise every shoot opportunity, identifying social-first moments and turning them into high-performing content.


• Be comfortable on set, collaborating with directors, producers, crew and talent while contributing creatively throughout the production process.


• Have a strong visual point of view and an understanding of cameras, lenses, framing, lighting and visual storytelling.


• Demonstrate excellence in social craft, with experience creating content designed for how people consume media across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.


• Be an all-round creator who can ideate, write, shape and develop concepts from brief through to final delivery.


• Have the ability to spot the spark of an idea and nurture it into a culturally relevant campaign, series or content platform.


• Possess a deep understanding of platform behaviours, audience culture and algorithmic performance, using these insights to inform creative decisions.


• Operate as a senior member of a social production team, helping lead creative development while remaining hands-on in the making of the work.
