THE ROLE

This performance marketing agency focuses on digital analytics and measurement, delivering long-term, data-driven projects across platforms like Google and Meta. Data Scientists play a key role in experimentation and measurement (including incrementality, attribution, and MMM), as well as advanced analytics such as lifetime value and propensity modelling. Projects involve cloud-based environments, with models deployed directly into advertising platforms. The work goes beyond typical agency tasks, including strategic consulting for major clients and direct access to robust first-party data - a rare advantage in the agency space.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Python + SQL and ideally GCP/AWS
• Key methodologies are Experimentation (incrementality, brand lift studies, geo lift testing, causal inference), MMM, Propensity and LTV modelling
• Management experience desirable but open to mentoring
