Lead Data Scientist

You must have to ability to lead by example and grow a talented team, build a world-class engineering culture, and work hand-in-hand with our commercial and product teams to deliver ML/AI-powered tools that solve real-world problems in capital markets.

Required Experience:

• 5 years+
• Been part of tech start-up or worked for known technology company
• Has scaled up teams from small to large
• Built production ready pipelines and product
• Strong all-rounder across technology fields (e.g. model deployment across cloud, API, AWS architecture, model fine-tuning / creation)

What You Will Be Doing

• Always a key tech contributor
• Offering leadership to current team
• Working in a technical team of 6
• Taken responsibility for product quality and delivery
• Deep technical fluency across Python, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and scalable architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile development, continuous delivery, and lean team dynamics.
