Lead Designer

Lead Designer, up to £75k - London, Hybrid

Salt have partnered with a highly renowned Fintech App to secure their next Lead Designer with a minimum of 5 year's experience to join their talented creative team.

We're seeking an exceptional designer, ideally coming from an innovative app-based background who will work collaboratively with the other designers/artworkers aid in shaping the company's visual identity across all touch-points, from their digital platform and campaigns to their online content. The ideal candidate is innovative, strategic in their approach and full of energy. They must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment.

This is an incredibly exciting time for this company. We need a lead designer to help escalate the creative output during this exciting time of re-growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual designs for digital marketing, CRM, social media, and performance marketing channels
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to various formats and audience segments
• Collaborate with copywriters and content team to develop cohesive marketing materials
• Provide art direction and feedback to mid-weight designers and artworkers as well as be able to present design concepts and rationales to C-suite stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in graphic design with focus on digital marketing
• Innovative portfolios.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as well as FIGMA
• Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
• A keen knowledge and understanding of digital design principles

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledge or experience in UI design and basic animation principles
• Background in marketing or advertising environments
• BAckground in app-based companies
