You\u2019ll also bring strong leadership, guiding your team through both technical and delivery challenges to ensure customer needs are met.\n\n\u201cMy purpose is to lead a team of engineers, rise to the challenges presented, push the boundaries and define possible together.\u201d \n\u2013 Matthew Bullock, Software Manager, Northrop Grumman UK\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do\n\n * Own the team\u2019s deliverables, working with the Scrum Master to define a clear delivery path aligned to customer requirements.\n * Lead and contribute across the entire CI/CD lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment.\n * Collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams, including product, front\u2011end development and QA, to ensure integrated delivery.\n * Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to grow capability and support career development across the team.\n\n\n\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For\n\n * Experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD, containerisation, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms (Jenkins, Kubernetes, IaC, Docker, AWS).\n * Proven experience in designing, developing and deploying CI/CD solutions.\n * Experience in Linux system administration or similar operating systems.\n * Ability to troubleshoot issues across live production environments, including high\u2011level networking, server and application issues.\n * Understanding of database technologies such as SQL, Elasticsearch or MongoDB.\n * Excellent communication, collaboration and problem\u2011solving skills, ideally with experience working in an agile environment.\n\n\n\nIf you don\u2019t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
