Lead DevOps Engineer

An opportunity has arisen with a specialist in the mission critical communications space for a Lead DevOps Engineer to grow the organisation’s DevOps capability.

This is a newly created position within the company’s structure and presents a great chance to take ownership of the function and build something new.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a DevOps Lead who can:

* Own and maintain CI/CD Pipelines

* Maintain reliable, repeatable build environments

* Work with engineering teams and translate requirements into test plans and cases

* Manage a small team of 2x Engineers

* Lead functional and regression testing

* Continuously improve workflows and automation

Background

This role would suit someone:

* With a Software Testing background

* Hands on DevOps experience

* Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers

* Demonstrates good collaboration skills

* Experience developing and maintaining automated tests

Security Clearance
