Roles and Responsibilities: Creating Lead end-to-end diagnostics programmes, covering strategy definition, development, validation, release, maintenance and technical support. Provide specialist expertise in electrical, electronic, EV and high-voltage systems, performing investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, leading technical workshops, reviews, progress meetings and stakeholder reporting. Oversee project delivery, including scope, timing, cost, risk management, supplier coordination and achievement of key programme milestones. Drive continuous improvement and business growth through data analysis, proposal development, opportunity identification, resource planning and mentoring engineering teams. Requirements Extensive engineering background with proven experience delivering diagnostic development projects within OEM, Tier 1 or retailer/dealer environments. ?Strong technical expertise in electrical and electronic architectures, diagnostics standards (UDS, ODX, OTX, DoIP) and communication networks including CAN, CAN FD, LIN and Ethernet. Demonstrated leadership in customer-facing roles, managing projects from concept through release, alongside supplier, stakeholder and solution development responsibilities. Skilled in electrical fault diagnosis, root cause investigation, retailer diagnostic systems, technical reporting.
