Lead Electrical Engineer

We're recruiting a Lead Electrical Engineer for a growing engineering manufacturer where you'll take ownership of electrical design, mentor a team of engineers and drive the development of specialist power systems.
What you'll be doing:

Leading electrical design projects from concept through to manufacture
Managing and mentoring a team of engineers
Reviewing schematics, calculations and technical documentation
Driving innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement
Working closely with mechanical, controls and manufacturing teamsWhat we're looking for:

Strong background in electrical design and power systems
Experience leading projects or engineering teams
Knowledge of 3-phase power, protection systems and electrical standards
Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD packages
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to step up, or an existing Lead Engineer seeking a new challenge within a specialist engineering environment.
