Lead Finance Analyst Financial Modeler

Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly acquisitive FinTech organisation, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organisation's strategic financial decision-making through advanced financial modelling, data analysis, and system integration.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional business units to deliver financial insights.
• Supporting system integration initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Extensive expertise in financial modelling and data analysis, with proficiency in Excel and large datasets.
• A strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Prior experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial modelling, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• The ability to engage effectively with challenging stakeholders across the group.
• Knowledge and experience in financial systems and system integration projects, with an aptitude for leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.
• Ideally from a FS or Insurance business
