Our Williamsburg and Newport News Zips Cleaners locations are growing, and we’re looking for dependable Lead Front Counter Associates to help provide top-tier service to our customers. As the first point of contact, you’ll be essential in ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service First: Greet customers with a smile, take in and tag clothes, and ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Inventory Management: Track and organize garments, ensuring all items are properly labeled and returned on time.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Handle customer questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Ensure Store Readiness: Open the store at 6:50 AM on scheduled days, making sure everything is set up for smooth daily operations.
- Reliability is Key: Show up on time, be dependable, and take pride in keeping things running efficiently.

- Reliable & Punctual: We need someone who can consistently be there to open the store on time.
- Attention to Detail: Tagging and tracking clothes requires accuracy and organization.
