Lead Front-end Developer

• Salary: £64,079 - £75,701

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Front-End Developer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be both a hands-on contributor and a team leader, guiding a group of 4–6 front-end developers. You’ll implement high-quality, scalable code while mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in front-end development. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in CSS, Node, Next.js & more, with a strong eye for design and proven leadership experience in agile environments.

• Proficiency in CSS, Node.js, and Next.js
• Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies
• Previous experience in a team lead position within software engineering
• Ability to effectively lead a team setting and collaborate with other developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
