Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong background in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and familiarity with Python, Ruby, or NodeJS. This role demands hands-on coding and a proven track record in framework-based development, including Symfony or similar (Zend, Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a testing-oriented mindset and experience in project delivery and management, including scoping and proposal creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Development Expertise: Lead by example in coding, utilizing your expertise in our core technologies to develop, enhance, and maintain our eCommerce and CRM platforms. This includes translating project requirements into actionable coding tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
Framework Implementation and Testing: Implement robust frameworks for project management, testing, and QA, focusing on enhancing efficiency, test coverage, and browser compatibility. Develop and enforce SOPs for HTML QA testing and functional behavior testing frameworks.
Project and Team Management: Oversee project planning, reporting, and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met with quality standards. Play a crucial role in hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of developers and freelancers across multiple disciplines. Scope and manage new projects, including the integration of ZohoCRM and payment processing solutions.
Innovation and Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms, including implementing new features and functionalities. Lead initiatives to reskin brands, implement merchant SDKs, and enhance our testing frameworks.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with payment processing and eCommerce project management.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and server management.
Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBI.
