Lead Full Stack Developer (OO) - Glasgow Hybrid - Circa 85K plus Bonus

* 2 days per week in Central Glasgow

What will you be doing?

• Leading a small, growing team of Software and QA Engineers to deliver tailored software solutions
• Developing cloud-first apps using C# / .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks
• Weaving emerging tech offerings and trends such as AI-Driven Development/Web Components/etc. into work delivered
• Building resilient microservices and cloud-native applications on Azure.
• Mentoring less senior Developers and embedding/ensuring promoting best practices across the wider team.

What will you bring to the table?

Key skills

• Ability to build software solutions including user-facing web solutions, cloud-first applications, microservices, and scalable backend offerings from design through to delivery with the likes of C#, Java or other OO languages, as well as the kind of tools/frameworks below
• Proficient with REST APIs and web UI frameworks like React, Angular, Blazor, or NET MVC
• Able to work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modelling
• Collaborative approach to leading, mentoring, and working in Agile teams

Desirable

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to/hands-on skills with systems that use ML / Artificial Intelligence
• Familiar with messaging technologies, Entity Framework, and/or data analytics/BI tooling
