Job Description - Lead Generation Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business within the decorative materials sector for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive new business opportunities and support continued growth.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating qualified leads, and developing a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.

* Generate high-quality leads through outbound sales activity, networking, and digital channels.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

* Manage and update CRM records, tracking lead progress and reporting on performance.

* Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into new business.

* Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.

* Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.

* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is advantageous).

* Full UK driving licence is desirable.
