Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads and set appointments for the sales team

* Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in both English and Spanish

* Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions

* Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality

* Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel

* Track and report on lead generation metrics to optimize outreach efforts and achieve team goals

Experience

* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent tools for managing contacts and tracking interactions

* Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone and via email

* Demonstrated success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting sales pipelines

* Knowledge of sales processes, lead qualification techniques, and customer relationship management best practices
