Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing organisation, currently seeking a Lead Generator to join their high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone either with previous sales experience or looking to begin a career in sales. Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to potential clients
• Identify and qualify sales leads for the Business Development team
• Conduct initial fact-finding conversations to assess client needs
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly call activity targets (100+ calls per day)
• Work collaboratively within a supportive and results-driven team environment

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or telesales role is beneficial but not essential
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage time, calendars, CRM systems, and emails effectively
• Resilient, with a proactive and positive attitude
