Day to day responsibilities:

Research and identify correct customer data
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria
Make outbound calls to leads and answer inbound calls
Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
Track and report on lead generation activities and results
