Some people hate the idea of sales. Others love it because they see the money, the buzz, and the career progression that comes with it. This role is for the latter!

A fast-growing finance company that’s really going places, and offers career development as standard, is looking for a Lead Generator who can feed the sales team with new business opportunities.

What’s in it for you?

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 plus uncapped commission
• 30.5 days holiday, including 2.5 for Christmas

Lead Generator Responsibilities:

• Call prospects and generate leads, you won't be sat waiting for the phone to ring
• Pass leads to the Business Development Managers and Account Managers
• Talk to new and existing clients, updating and cleansing data as you go
• Help the sales team hit their numbers by offering your support

Lead Generator Skills and Experience:

• Telesales or lead gen experience, you'll know what rejection sounds like and don't crumble at it
• A background in hitting targets in a similar environment
• Tenacity, resilience, and a mindset geared towards performance
• The ability to work well with a team, but still get results on your own
