Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required)

£13.00–£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Temporary ongoing with potential to be Permanent after a minimum of 12 successful weeks

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Daventry on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fast-paced, telephone-based sales role where you’ll be making high volumes of outbound calls across a variety of industry sectors. You’ll be speaking with both existing and prospective customers, from making renewal calls and following up with existing opportunities to generating completely new business.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is motivated by targets and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and have back-to-back conversations throughout the day.

What will you be doing?

Making a high volume of outbound Sales and Lead Generation calls.
Generating new Sales leads and identifying new business opportunities.
Following up existing leads, enquiries and Sales opportunities.
Making renewal and follow-up calls with existing customers.
Building rapport and creating strong customer relationships.
Understanding customer needs and identifying Sales opportunities.
Working towards individual and team Sales targets and KPIs.
Keeping lead and customer information accurate and up to date. 

 Who are we looking for?

You don't need years of Sales or Lead Generation experience however this is advantageous — we’re looking for the right attitude and personality. 

You'll be a great fit if you're:
