I'm seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role where they can make a real impact across the business.
You'll be a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR guidance, while supporting a wide range of employee relations matters from start to finish. You'll also play an important role in mentoring and developing a junior HR colleague, helping to build capability and confidence across the team.
📜 The Role
As Senior HR Advisor, you'll work closely with managers and stakeholders across multiple locations, supporting day-to-day HR operations and driving best practice throughout the employee life cycle.
📃 Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employment law and HR best practice. Support and mentor a junior HR team member with casework, processes and development. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. Support organisational change, restructuring and business improvement initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Deliver HR projects that support wider people and business objectives. Contribute to employee well-being initiatives and engagement activities. Analyse HR data and trends to support informed decision-making. Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy and record-keeping.🫵🏽 About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be an approachable and credible HR professional with strong employee relations experience and the confidence to influence at all levels.
☑️ Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role. Strong employee relations case management experience. Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting junior HR colleagues. Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills. Experience working within a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
📚 Qualifications
CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or working towards). Full UK driving licence.💫 What's on Offer?
