Key Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
• Insurance Expertise: Act as the primary authority on insurance domain knowledge, guiding system design and process improvements across underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to define requirements and influence strategic decisions.
• Process Optimisation: Analyse and re-engineer insurance workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Governance & Standards: Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, data governance policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to analysts and project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
