Lead Interior Designer (Hospitality)

**Role is based in Ahmed Al Jaber Street, Kuwait City, Kuwait (ONSITE)**

Essentials:
Above 10 + years of experience with the design of

commercial

interiors projects or workplace projects.
Bachelor’s degree from an

accredited school of design in interior design, architecture or equivalent .
Hands on

experience of corporate workplace, hospitality, or retail projects from inception to completion .
Proficiency in the 3D BIM computer design programs on Interior Projects.
Exposure to projects with a focus on

LEED and WELL sustainable goals .
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Excellent graphics, communication skills.
Work portfolio should be creative to showcase a story of designs or represent moving experience of spaces, bringing out the creativity and skills of the designer.
Created designs that have improved the quality of life and user experience that are functional, efficient and dynamic.

Desirables:
LEED AP Accreditation
WELL Certification
IIDA Membership
RIBA / AIA or equivalent
Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, InDesign.
FF&E Pricing in the local market.
