Every project is different, every solution is tailored, and quality is never compromised. As a Lead Joinery you will work on project from concept to completion

THE ROLE

Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Lead Joinery Designer to join their talented team. You will be responsible for working from concept to completion and being the go to person within joinery and CAD Design. You will also work directly with the clients and other teams within the business.

Your key responsibilities will include;

- Lead the design of bespoke joinery projects, ensuring both aesthetic and functional excellence.

- Translate client briefs into detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software.

- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to develop solutions that meet design intent and budget

- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure feasibility, materials specification, and production efficiency.

- Mentor junior designers and uphold design standards across all projects.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience in bespoke joinery design, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing setting. You also need a portfolio that demonstrates your ability and experience. Alongside being a technical expert, you also need experience of working at a Lead/ senior level
